Rainfluence Communications Consultant was founded in 2020 by Rina Suci Handayani, S.S., M.I.K. (Master of Communications Science), also known as Raihanah. We provide two prominent services to boost our clients' careers and leadership communication skills.
The services are The 3CCL (The Three Communication Cores of A Leader) Training and The Influence Communications Skills Assessment & Program for Career & Leadership©. These services were developed based on Ms. Raihanah's academic and communications research from 2014 to 2020. She successfully developed the Influence Communications Skills Assessment & Program for Career & Leadership© tools, and the framework of The Three Communication Cores of A Leader (The 3CCL).
On April 12th, 2025, we successfully held our first 'The 3CCL Training' in JS Luwansa Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia. Our mission is to present more and consistent The 3CCL Training dedicated to ESTABLISHED GENTLEMEN--between 35-45 years old & have Strata 1 (equivalent to a bachelor's degree) educational background--who are concerned about accelerating their leadership communication soft skills and capabilities in supporting their career and leadership achievement.

Founder (Influence Communications Skills assessor and The 3CCL Trainer).
Short profile: She holds the title of Master of Communications Science from Paramadina Graduate Schools- Universitas Paramadina, Jakarta. Her communications experience since 2005, either national or global, enriches her communications capacity and capability. She used to be a business, economic, and human capital journalist and writer from 2005-2011, She has been studying and working as a communication researcher since 2012, and also an entrepreneur since 2020.
Auliya Dina Yanda, S.Psi., Psi.
Assessor
Short profile: She is a graduate from the Psychology Faculty of Universitas Islam Bandung, which is known as one of the best psychology faculties in Indonesia. She has experience as an assessor and counselor for years and has been joining to Rainfluence since February 2025. She accomplished the fit & proper test and assessor training at Rainfluence with satsifying result.
